The official launch of the ICN occurred on October 25, 2001. The aim of the network is clear and simple: "All competition all the time". The success of the ICN depends on the voluntary participation and contribution of all member competition authorities. The ICN ecourages all national or multinational competition authorities entrusted with the enforcement of a competition law to join this important initiative.
To join the ICN, please mail or fax a letter to Dr. Cholsoo Han of the Korea Fair Trade Commission, who is responsible for member recruitment. In this letter, please indicate your desire to participate in the ICN and your endorsement of the Memorandum on the Establishment and Operation of the International Competition Network. For ease of reference, please see the enclosed Model Letter for the signature of the head of your competition authority. The Member Registration Form should also be completed and enclosed with the accession letter.
